Welcome to Villa Gypset, nestled high in the scenic hills of Gouverneur, this contemporary Tulum-inspired villa in St. Barts offers the perfect private escape. Its ideal location puts you just minutes from both Gustavia and St. Jean, with the beautiful Gouverneur Beach just a short drive away.
A staircase leads to an expansive deck featuring a two-level pool and comfortable seating—perfect for lounging or soaking up the sun. With automated sliding doors, the villa effortlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The airy main living area is complemented by high ceilings, air conditioning, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, two relaxing swing chairs, a dining area (with an outdoor dining option), and a cozy lounge with a smart TV, computer, and sound system.
Two beautifully designed bedrooms promise a restful night’s sleep. The master suite includes a king-size bed (200×200), a private bathroom with a striking black bathtub, plus both indoor and outdoor showers. A separate dressing area offers plenty of storage and a washing machine. Adjacent to this room, or accessible via the terrace, is a second bedroom with its own closet and a small bathroom with a shower.
The villa’s backyard garden provides extra opportunities for relaxation, including a ping pong table. From the terrace, enjoy breathtaking ocean views, glimpses of nearby islands, and the occasional pink hue of the sunset.
If more space is needed, a third bedroom can be made available upon request.
During the Festive season, the villa (2 bedrooms) is rented alongside the Bungalow Gypset. Located on a lower level with its own private entrance, kitchenette, small pool, and private parking, the bungalow provides an added layer of comfort and privacy.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
