Inside, the air-conditioned living room seamlessly connects to the terrace through expansive bay windows. This inviting space includes a cozy TV lounge, a well-appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a convenient utility room. The first bedroom, situated at the entrance and slightly secluded from communal areas, offers a private sanctuary with its own terrace and stunning lagoon vistas. The other two bedrooms are nestled alongside the pool, arranged in a sequence with connecting doors, making them ideal for families yet accessible independently via the main deck.
