Secured by a coded entry, a door leads to the staircase that takes you up to the villa's main floor. Stepping onto the terrace, you'll be greeted by a captivating pool, the perfect spot to soak in the splendid vistas. There's also a versatile dining space where you can enjoy your meals, whether you prefer to dine in the cool shade or bask in the sun, thanks to a clever mechanical system.
The primary bungalow of the villa features an open kitchen, an indoor dining area accommodating six people, and a cozy television nook with a spacious and inviting white sofa. This area is meticulously designed to maximize the view, with generous windows inviting natural light to flood the space.
A doorway opens to an outdoor corridor, providing access to three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are charmingly cozy, each equipped with a television (complete with Apple TV), a private bathroom with a shower, and splendid views. The third bedroom, often referred to as the master suite, offers extra space, sea views, and a private balcony overlooking the lush natural surroundings.
