Luxury Penthouse Gustavia comes with a housekeeper who stops in all days except Sundays and holidays. Guests can also make use of several concierge services, such as watersports rentals, villa pre-stocking, chef services, and interesting excursions. An on-call property manager is also available to answer any of your questions.
The master bedroom in this home comes with a comfortable queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and terrace access. All bedrooms also offer a ceiling fan and air conditioning so you can be sure to stay comfortable. Another bedroom has a queen bed, while the last room comes with two double beds, ideal for younger guests.
A large terrace is around the villa with space for dining, socializing, resting, or just taking in the views. It leads straight into the living room, which offers a selection of furniture and a flatscreen television. The kitchen is right nearby, with a full selection of appliances to make delicious meals.
This villa has cleaned modern bathrooms and plenty of extras to enjoy on vacation. A spiral staircase leads up to the top floor, and the entire villa is outfitted with satellite television and wireless Internet access. Two covered parking spaces are also available for use.
