Whether you are seeking a luxury villa in St. Barts for your family or for a holiday with friends (or even as a romantic spot for two), the Villa Indyana is a great find. Sitting in the verdant and rolling hills of Lurin, it is a three-bedroom retreat that offers you a remarkably stylish, sleek and yet welcoming space to enjoy the island setting.
The villa is a masterwork of contemporary design and décor. It features a mostly white palette that is nicely balanced by warm hues in some of the furnishings, wall art, and even materials. Wood accents along with honey-hued terrazzo floors create a wonderful balance, and the oversized glass doors consistently bring a sense of the outdoors inside.
The villa features an elegant, private pool terrace with a long, infinity-edge pool framed by a white stone surround. This is furnished with an open sun deck, an al fresco dining area beneath the portico and an open-air living room with an immense, banquette sofa. This area is ideal for sunbathing but will also quickly become a favorite place to watch sunrises, sunsets and starry skies too.
The interior of the villa is a wonderful balance of private and shared spaces. The great room is just inside from the covered terrace and uses an open floor plan, high ceilings and wonderful décor to house the living room, media area and kitchen. The living room features another large, banquette that faces both the views and the high end entertainment system. The breakfast bar and kitchen area are just beyond, and the kitchen is also a wonderfully contemporary space with premium appliances.
The two bedrooms are both queen suites with private baths (both with rain showers), entertainment systems and terraces that open to the views. There is one more bedroom in separate studio with two single beds and en-suite bathroom.
Stylish and sophisticated, the Villa Indyana is also a wonderfully soothing place to enjoy your holiday.
There is the possibility of adding a 3rd bedroom on request thanks to an independent studio outside, but just below the villa (the beds can be converted into two single beds). Or it can be rented with Villa Ventura right next door.
