A three-bedroom villa, it features a unique blend of traditional colonial style and elements along with some more modern and sleek lines. A bold palette of bright white, natural wood and dashes of red also make each space a great deal more dynamic and exciting. The focal point of the entire property is easily the lovely pool terrace with its wedge-shaped pool gazing out towards the sea. Framed in silken smooth wooden decking, it offers up a sun deck furnished with large lounges as well as a sunken lounge area offering simply stunning views of the sea.
There is also a remarkable garden area above the water with sun beds and a small picnic table tucked into the rear gardens. Back on the terrace, visitors will be able to choose between a swing in the hammock, time in the outdoor lounge or a meal or drink at the cheerful red al fresco dining suite. Step through the oversized doors and you enter the great room.
Here, the color scheme changes to a sand and turquoise theme that works beautifully with the high white ceilings and richly stained wooden floors. A massive banquette frames out the living room and entertainment area. Kitchen is equipped with the very best appliances and opens to the terrace dining area.
