Villa Ixfalia St Barts. Visitors to the four-bedroom Villa Ixfalia in St. Barts will never grow tired of the views. Looking out over St. Jean Bay, the views also take in the rolling mountains and promise wonderful daily sunrises and sunsets. You can savor it all from the expansive and lavishly furnished pool area, but there are many other spaces that also capture this unique view and the surrounding beauty.
The villa is divided into two structures, a main villa and a smaller guest bungalow area. Both frame the gorgeous pool terrace that features an L-shaped pool framed in a silky-smooth wooden decking. A lower sundeck is reached by a small stairway from the pool, and there are verdant stretches of lawn also. However, the open and covered terrace areas have been furnished with full sized sun beds and stunning al fresco living room and dining room areas. Raw, tropical wood serves as perfect end tables and décor, primitive panels and forms serve as inspiring art, and oversized white sofas and chairs balance the scene.
Inside, a great room uses an open floor plan to frame a stunning living room and the equally stunning kitchen. With a breakfast bar that features hand-carved native wood benches and a kitchen that is the epitome of refinement and gourmet style, this area is appealing and allows you to work without missing a moment of that stunning scenery just outside. There is also a fully-equipped fitness room in this area of the villa.
The four bedrooms are divided between the main villa and guest suite. Three of the rooms have ocean views and the fourth offers garden views. All of them open to the terrace or gardens, have luxuriously appointed queen beds, complete entertainment systems, and ensuite baths. Several feature outdoor showers in addition to luxurious interior suites.

For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
