The focal point of the property is the pool deck that features an oversized wooden deck surrounding an elegant stone plunge pool. The deck incorporates a sunny lounge area with banquette sofa, an array of lounges, and a barbecue area that sits just outside the central region of the villa. Designed as a series of units, it creates courtyards and patios between the structures, offering even more stylish ways to enjoy the surroundings.
The central unit is where the great room is located, and it is a combination of living room and lounge, media room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen. Designed to take in the scenery and sea views it has an abundance of glass doors and oversized windows that allow the fresh air and sunlight to enter from every angle. Whether preparing a meal in the fully-appointed kitchen or lounging on the oversized sofas, travelers will appreciate the uniquely modern style and design that also nods to many island styles.
There are those patios and terraces between the units, and four of the five bedrooms open to them directly. Each is a private suite with sliding door to the exterior, a large and private bathroom, and beautifully decorated interiors. There is also a fifth bedroom in the attached bungalow.
