As you step through the enchanting Moroccan iron gates, the view will immediately captivate you. To the left, the Great Room welcomes you with a spacious layout featuring a full kitchen, indoor dining, an entertainment center, and a plush couch that comfortably seats ten. The villa offers seamless connectivity with a high-speed 50Mb/s WiFi network and multiple access points throughout the property. Outside, a covered dining area seats ten, while the chaise lounges are perfectly positioned above the sea, making you feel as if you’re floating on your private yacht.

Across the pool deck, two of the five bedrooms await, each with en-suite bathrooms. The Great Room, Kitchen, and two upper-level bedrooms are all on the same level, providing easy access with no stairs from the driveway.

On the lower level, three master suites feature king beds and en-suite baths, with two of the rooms also offering an additional twin bed—perfect for parents with young children. Each lower-level bedroom boasts stunning ocean views right from the bed.
