Tucked into the farthest and most secluded end of Marigot Bay in St. Lucia, the impressive Villa Susanna awaits. It is just moments, by car, from the fine dining and shopping of town, but is also steps from lovely Trou Rolland Beach and offers you a world of private luxuries. With a housekeeper and cook, along with more than three acres of private grounds, you can easily choose to make this your entire holiday destination.
The six-bedroom villa, has been specially designed to emphasize the outdoor setting and scenery. A focal point of the property is the half-circle infinity edge pool that features an enormous wooden walkway leading to an al fresco dining pavilion. The entire property has distinct Balinese influences, and you see this at the pool as well as in the different pavilion-like buildings used to house the many different shared and private living spaces.
Patios, verandahs and terraces are the order of the day here, and you will love spending time exploring them and enjoying their many comforts. Some are furnished with hammocks and others with outdoor living rooms. The main villa features a great room that is done in the classic high ceilings and stone floors so common to West Indian design. This is where your stylish living room, dining room and modern kitchen are located.
The six bedrooms are spread out over the property and are found in three different cottages. Each of them is an ultra-luxurious space. One has a master suite with king bed, ensuite bath and patio with Jacuzzi and al fresco shower. Another cottage has two bedrooms. Both open to private gardens, have ensuite baths, and one also features a hammock. The final cottage has two bedrooms with large baths and king beds. In the main house there is last ‘St. Lucia’ room with air-conditioned queen bedroom with en suite shower room.

The Boat: Access to 33ft powerboat with skipper, "Red Sunset” , equipped with 2x275 HP, is offered to guests. Twice a week for seven day rentals (once a week for five days rental), our skipper will be happy to get you on board to discover the beauties of the coastline or excitement of deep fish fishing. (Fuel is at expense of the guest).
Yellow Flamboyant
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a king-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, TV, iPod dock, and en-suite bathroom with a shower, vanity, and WC. This bedroom has access to a private patio equipped with a small Jacuzzi, and outdoor shower and two loungers. Exterior entrance by the garden or by an open stair gazebo. 2 guests maximum.

Red Heliconia Cottage

- Reservation deposit is 30%. Full balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
- Holiday/Festive Booking Condition: 50% deposit required. Balance due by September 1st.
- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 15% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 59 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. All Christmas, New Years and Easter reservations are non-refundable. In the case of border closures, from either the guest’s country of origin or the destination (St Lucia), one (1) date change will be accommodate once the balance of the booking has been fully paid.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Maximum guests recommended is 50.
Rental rates:
The villa requires a 5 nights minimum rental of the villa at the regular rental rates. There is no any extra charge to hold wedding ceremony at the villa for the 14 resident guests, but there is an additional fee for those invited exceeding this number.
