Villa Mapai, St Martin. 

Set at the shore in the coveted Cul de Sac area of St. Martin (on the French side of the island and the northeastern coastal area), the Villa Mapai is an authentic, estate-like retreat that offers visitors an astonishing list of amenities to enjoy throughout their stay. Spacious and beautifully designed and decorated, it makes the very most of the setting and features five luxurious bedrooms and a surprisingly long list of indoor and outdoor spaces.

The real focal point of the property is the pool terrace with its lovely infinity-edge pool that forces the gaze towards the sea and the charming sight of Pinel Island closeby. At the private beach below, a dock and a collection of kayaks provide the means of quickly paddling over for a holiday adventure, but the pool and its lovely views may be all that travelers need to savor the scene. The pool is flanked by an array of terraces furnished with lounges and sunbeds, as well as the sheltered verandah spaces that provide an outdoor lounge area, an alfresco dining room, and more. Savor a swing in the hammock or spend an afternoon napping on the four-poster sunbed at one end of the pool.

Step inside the airy and elegant home and marvel at the way the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces have been so easily blurred. Massive, floor to ceiling doors allow the sunlight and sea breezes to enter, and with the location of the villa, it is possible to delight at sunrises and sunsets each day from the comfort of the sofa! The great room uses an open floor plan and includes a large living room with an entertainment system, a stylish dining room that opens to the breakfast bar. This, in turn, leads to the kitchen, and it is an enormous and well-furnished space designed to satisfy even the most finicky cooks.

The five bedrooms have been located and designed to offer optimal privacy and luxury. Each is large enough for a work area and sitting room, an entertainment system, king bed, large ensuite bath, and a private terrace. One of the five is a bunk room perfectly suited to kids.

The Villa Mapai will make the very most of even a short holiday in St. Martin and is perfect for the most discerning travelers, for groups of family and friends, and even intimate destination events. If water sports and the sea are important for your getaway, this lovely villa is sure to satisfy.

St Martin Blue makes travel easy and fun! Just returned from Villa MaPai in St Martin. It was so easy to find our boat trip to Anguilla, dinner options like Fabulous Feasts and info about our house! The payments were effortless. We also had less worry about details! Thibaud is an excellent house manager! He saw to our requests and accomplished them in a timely manner! Thank you for helping to make another great travel experience for us!

What a truly stunning villa. The layout is perfect for a big group, with privacy, yet large comfortable common areas. The indoor outdoor space and the infinity pool are incredible. We traveled all around the island and without a doubt Cul de Sac has the best views. Proximity to Anse Marcel, Grand Case and Pinel Island are an added bonus. Thiabaud will make your stay extra special, helping with any day to day requests. Our group of 9 was ages 7-70 and there was something for everyone. We hope to go back one day.

The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The view is unsurpassed. Beautiful grounds, dock, and pool. It was great to be able to kayak to Pinel Island. Thibault, the concierge, made the trip memorable and gave us a level of service I have never before experienced. He arranged rides, taxis, dinner reservations upon request, and even deliveries to the house. He was always available for help. We would definitely book again!

Another member of our family communicated with St. Martin Blue, but everything seemed to be easy and smooth.

We stayed with a family of 12 at Villa Mapai in July 2022. The villa is truly amazing, spacious, and decorated very nicely. The pool is great, and everybody was hanging out there and having fun. The canoes were great for paddling to Pinel Island and making some tours in the bay. Leonard and Max welcomed us all and were terrific at working with us. They organized transportation, replied to questions with the speed of lightning, a late checkout, and helped in general make our stay unforgettable.

A great organization, they were very flexible as we needed to postpone our trip twice due to the pandemic. Leonard and Max were fabulous hosts, and I would recommend St Martin Blue to anyone!

Villa Mapai was most definitely the nicest villa we have rented thus far. It was equipped with all the necessities and much more. Housekeeping did a terrific job keeping it spotless. Our concierge, Tribaud Martin was awesome and always there for anything we needed. The villa itself was amazing with the most beautiful views you could want. It was equipped with 5 kayaks and a paddleboard which we used daily to visit Pinel Island. The floorplan of Villa Mapai was perfect with its true indoor/outdoor living spaces and views. Highly recommend! A+++++

St. Martin Blue was the ultimate vacation villa management company. They handled everything for us from COVID travel requirements, airport pickup, housekeeping, rental car delivery and so much more. Housekeeping kept the villa spotless. The villa concierge, Thibaud Martin was fantastic. He was always just a call or text away from handling anything we needed from resturant/beach bar recommendations to anything we needed. 5 Star concierge and villa management company. St. Martin Blue and Thibaud really set the bar higher.

The house was fabulous. It was very clean and new. The rooms and bathrooms were great and the deck and outdoor living space was amazing. You can kayak five minutes to a little island with beautiful clear water and small little beach or ten minute kayak to pinel island. It is a five to ten minute drive to the restaurants of Grand Case, a five minute drive to orient beach and those restaurants, and a three minute drive to Super U and a fabulous french bakery. Everything in the house was superb. Thibaud, the manager, and the housekeeping staff were great too. I highly recommend this house. We had three families (2 kids and 2 adults each).

Great villa on the ocean. Clean. Well appointed. Beautiful pool. 6 great bedrooms all en suite baths. On the ocean, and easy Kayak to Pinel Island for first class beach.
Great service too. Rental cars delivered to villa. Daily maid service. And villa manager’s restaurant recommendations and reservation help was impeccable. Also brought a nurse over in second to last day for mandatory Covid tests for re-entry to US. Fabulous trip

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Are we protected from fraud? click to open
Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.

Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
