Cancellation made between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation less than 7 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note for all Christmas and New Year's reservations cancelled by August 31st, the US$500.00 administration fee is forfeited. Reservations become non-refundable from September 1st.
