Welcome to Tradewinds Villa on Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, a serene and modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom pod-styled retreat. Designed with a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living, this newly built villa offers privacy, comfort, and tranquility. Nestled in Turtle Cove, it is just steps away from the renowned Grace Bay beach and the breathtaking snorkeling spot known as Smith's Reef. Immerse yourself in the vibrant underwater world, teeming with tropical fish and graceful sea turtles.

Within a short 5-minute walk, you can discover a variety of dining options at the 6 restaurants and cafes in Turtle Cove. The island's largest supermarket, Graceway IGA, is also conveniently located within a 5-minute drive from the villa. For a true taste of local culture, take a leisurely beach stroll to the world-famous Fish Fry, where on Thursdays at 5 pm, local restaurants, craft shops, and musicians come together to showcase their best food, music, and cultural offerings.

Upon arrival at Tradewinds Villa, you will enter through private louvered doors, leading you to a courtyard adorned with ample seating, an outdoor dining area, and your very own private swimming pool. On your right, you will find the self-contained master bedroom featuring a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet.

To the left of the courtyard, as you step inside the main pod, you will discover:
- A second master suite with on suite bathroom
- A large living room
- Fully equipped kitchen with island
- A washer & dryer
- The 3rd or guest bedroom with bathroom. (not en-suite)

Each bedroom in this pod has its own private entrance, providing direct access from the bedroom to the pool deck and beautifully landscaped gardens.

Note: Most properties have a 500 kw/hr per week power allowance. This translates to roughly $300 worth of power a week. AC usage is metered separately.
