Introducing Villa Acajou, an exclusive luxury retreat established in 2015 and nestled along the picturesque canals of Leeward Going Through on Providenciales. Inspired by the elegance of mahogany (Acajou in French), this villa boasts exquisite custom furnishings including cabinets, countertops, flooring, doors, and windows crafted from this exotic wood. Meticulously curated by one of the island's premier decorators, Villa Acajou promises a truly exceptional experience.
The main residence features four bedrooms (3 Kings, 1 Queen) and 3.5 baths, with an additional full bath featuring an outdoor shower adjacent to the covered gazebo in the backyard. A solar-heated pool graces the space between the gazebo and an outdoor bar and grill, all overlooking the 50-foot dock lining the canal. For larger parties, a separate 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom guest house complete with a full kitchen and lounge area is available.
Every bedroom and sitting area, including the outdoor gazebo, is equipped with a television linked to a cutting-edge media system boasting cable television, Apple TV, and a movie server housing over 800 titles. Enjoy a favorite film while lounging in the pool under the stars. Additional amenities include a cross trainer on the second floor, 2 stand-up paddleboards, and a kayak, perfect for exploring the serene canals or venturing into the nearby shallow ocean waters.
Situated at the east end of Provo, Leeward offers easy access to local beaches, including the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach and Long Bay Beach, all within a 5-minute drive. Acajou is conveniently located within walking distance of Big Blue Adventures for recreational activities, as well as the Blue Haven Resort, offering additional outdoor pursuits, spa services, and a market/coffee shop.
Guests of Villa Acajou have the opportunity to board the Sail Beluga boat, docked nearby, at a discounted rate. Access to Sail Beluga is provided via a separate entrance on the side of the dock. And for those craving the vibrant ambiance of Provo's dining and shopping scene, the heart of the island is just minutes away.
