Architectural elegance meets relaxed Caribbean style, with a thoughtful layout ideal for families, groups of friends, or multi-generational travelers. The centerpiece is the expansive pool terrace overlooking the serene Leeward canals. The pool wraps around two sides of the villa, offering a lap area, a shaded shallow zone perfect for lounging with cocktails, and an integrated hot tub. A separate pavilion with an outdoor kitchen, grill, and lounge area creates a perfect setting for al fresco meals, while a covered dining terrace by the great room ensures seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
Just beyond the pool, a private dock invites guests to explore the canals by kayak or paddleboard, embark on boat charters, or launch jet skis straight from the property.
Inside, vaulted ceilings, warm wood tones, and vibrant textiles reflect the relaxed spirit of the Caribbean.
The accommodations are spread across several buildings, offering privacy and space for everyone. The main house includes three bedrooms—two king suites and one twin suite—across two levels. Two independent king suites sit across the shallow pool, and the grand canal-front master suite enjoys its own private pavilion, complete with a terrace and a luxurious indoor-outdoor bathroom.
The airy great room, with its open-concept kitchen, dining area, lounge, and games den, opens directly to the pool deck, enhancing the villa’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle. A fully equipped gym rounds out the amenities, ensuring guests can maintain their fitness routines with ease.
