The Beach Enclave Long 6BR Beachront Villa is a 6,204-ft² property that was built in 2018 and sits on 8,158-ft² of private land. As its name suggests, it’s located on Long Bay Beach in the beautiful Turks & Caicos. This beach is a three-mile-long, white sand beach that ranks among the top ten beaches in the world. There are unbeatable views at this property, which is positioned in such a way that guests can enjoy spectacular views of both sunrises and sunsets.
The luxurious villa has high-vaulted ceilings with eight floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors facing the beach, offering gorgeous views. There are six bedrooms and six bathrooms. All six bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, air-conditioning, and a TV. Some of the rooms have private access to the terrace. The master bedrooms also have indoor and outdoor showers. This villa has room for up to twelve guests. Children are always welcome!
Cook a homecooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen or have a BBQ with the outdoor gas grill. There is an indoor dining area, or guests can choose to dine alfresco while enjoying the seaside views. Private chef services are available for full days or specific meals upon request, for an additional fee.
Outside, guests can find a private infinity pool and, a covered deck, and a sun deck with plenty of comfortable seating. There are plenty of places to gather with family and friends.
This property is conveniently located and is just a short walk to restaurants and a spa. It’s about a mile from the restaurants and shops of Grace Bay. For the more adventurous types, there are two world-class kiteboarding schools are nearby. Many guests also enjoy paddle boarding or kayaking out to the beautiful mangroves.
This property includes a housekeeper, butler/host, personal concierge, gardener, and pool person. Guests can expect daily maid service.
