Set in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to both Chalk and Taylor Bays, the focal point of this property is its expansive and beautifully designed swimming pool terrace. Facing the sea, it offers unimpeded views and direct beach access. Flanked by an al fresco dining gazebo and a covered hot tub, it also incorporates a large swimming pool, fire pit, and several sun decks.
Indoors, the enormous walls of glass allow you to bring those delicious breezes and saturated sea blues inside. Bursts of color offset the neutral palette, and the great room will easily become a favored gathering spot. It includes a lounge with oversized furnishings, a dining area and it opens into the large kitchen with another lounging space. The kitchen is a gourmet's delight and is equipped to make everything from gourmet meals to evening snacks.
The villa is a two-story property, and the four bedrooms are divided between levels to give optimal privacy while also maximizing the views. All four bedrooms are master suites. One upper floor suite features a private, furnished balcony and a Jacuzzi in the ensuite bath. The other also offers a private balcony with sea views. Downstairs both suites feature direct terrace access and ocean views and all feature king beds.
The Villa La Percha also provides free use of kayaks and paddle boards, and ensures you get the very most out of your Turks & Caicos holiday - even if you never leave the villa's lovely private grounds!
Villa La Percha is only a short walk to beautiful Taylor Bay beach. The villa includes portable beach chairs that can be brought to the beach.
