The villa sits on a spacious 1,300 m² property, complete with a lush garden and stunning sea views. Inside, the ground floor features an open-concept layout that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The luxurious master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with an additional guest toilet for added convenience. Not far from the villa stands a monument called "Tri Sestrice" (Three Little Sisters), commissioned by Vladimir Nazor, one of Croatia’s most beloved poets and writers, in memory of his three sisters.
