Presenting Villa M, a pristine addition to the market, freshly unveiled in 2022. While its construction culminated in this recent year, the cornerstone itself carries the legacy of the early 60s, laid down by the renowned artist Milovan Stanić. A visionary of his time, Stanić conceived the entirety of this project single-handedly, erecting villa walls, terraces, and even a basement area. Yet, a veil of silence descended upon the endeavor.
It was the unwavering familial bond that kindled the flames of resurgence, propelling Stanić's kin to champion the villa's completion. The blueprint underwent meticulous adjustments, evolving into a contemporary testament to Milovan's vision of a sustainable museum.
A focal point of distinction, the 80m2 basement now stands as an open gallery, an homage to Stanić's creative opus. The ethos of fluidity and open space, inherent to the artist's vision, has been meticulously preserved, with each room converging toward porch-style terraces that command panoramic sea vistas. A seamless union unfolds within the 170m2 of enclosed areas, seamlessly extending into the embrace of 200m2 of terraces. This residence exudes the essence of a true summer haven, offering private access to the sea, effortlessly marrying understated elegance, modern simplicity, and contemporary design that harmonizes with the resplendence of nature.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
