Surrounded by an olive grove, oleanders, and Mediterranean plants, the walking paths offer breathtaking panoramic sea views. You can enjoy the sunset from various spots, including the upper terrace, pool area, or private beach. The property entrance is at its highest point, with a driveway leading to the parking area and villa entrance.
Inside, a spacious, light-filled living area welcomes you, featuring elegant French and Italian textiles, designer lamps, comfy sofas, and antique furniture. The dining area is perfect for gatherings, with a large dining table and a kitchen island for preparing drinks. French doors lead to terraces with a lounge area and outdoor dining space, complete with an open BBQ and pizza oven.
The villa's spacious bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms, with the master bedroom offering a king bed, fireplace, and direct terrace access. The terraces also provide private seating for each bedroom.
Explore the estate’s entertainment areas, starting with the pool area, featuring a heatable pool with an integrated Jacuzzi, comfy rattan loungers, umbrellas, and a poolside bar. A panoramic terrace is perfect for massages or yoga. Below, the newly built floodlit tennis court and children’s playground are available, along with a bathroom and storage for pool and beach toys.
A scenic path leads to the private bay with pebble and rocky beaches, where you'll find beach loungers, two covered Bali beds, and a stone bar. Villa Magran also offers a small rubber boat, 2 SUPs, and 2 surfboards, with mooring places for two yachts up to 20 meters.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Maximum number of guests per event: 50 guests.

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
