Rastoni Villa is a brand-new, luxurious two-story property with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, located in the peaceful area of Kalyviani. Just a short drive from the world-famous Balos Lagoon and Falasarna beach—renowned for their crystal-clear blue waters—it offers the perfect base for exploring some of Crete’s most iconic summer destinations. With the sea only 2.5 km away, guests can enjoy the sun and surf with ease, while the villa itself promises an upscale holiday experience tailored to the needs of even the most discerning travelers.

Inside, Rastoni Villa showcases a sleek, modern design with a focus on comfort and quality. The ground floor features an expansive open-plan space with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, fitted with premium appliances for effortless holiday cooking. This area flows into a stylish dining space and a cozy living room with a 55" smart satellite TV and a fireplace. The villa features four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, are located on the upper floor. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and features twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request. This room, along with its ensuite bathroom, is fully accessible for guests with mobility needs. An additional guest WC is also available on the ground level.

Note: The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of June and from September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. Moreover, for the months of July and August, the pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost. We also request three days' advance notice for this facility and the cost shall be paid in cash upon arriva.
