Blue Coral is an exceptionally elegant seafront villa in Mykonos, set just moments from the shoreline and offering a breathtaking, uninterrupted panoramic view over Kalo Livadi Beach. Recently renovated, the villa has been thoughtfully designed to combine contemporary luxury with comfort, creating an outstanding setting for a truly unforgettable stay.
The villa features generous indoor spaces, including two fully equipped kitchens with sea views—one on the ground level and one at pool level. The beautifully designed en-suite bedrooms are spacious and inviting, with two offering spectacular sea views. Guests can also enjoy a private gym complete with a steam bath, showers, and WCs, offering a full wellness experience within the villa.
Outdoor living is equally impressive, with multiple levels designed for relaxation and entertainment. Light grey umbrellas and poufs surround a private heated infinity pool, while a fully shaded 50 sqm balcony features silent air conditioning, a large dining table, 14 meters of comfortable couches, a 55” smart TV, and security monitors. Additional shaded outdoor areas include stone-built seating with a gas BBQ, as well as a secluded 50 sqm space that can be used either for parking or as a play area.
Blue Coral seamlessly blends the fresh sea breeze, the lively yet soothing sounds of the beach, and stunning sunsets with unparalleled luxury, coziness, and comfort. It is perfectly suited for families or small groups, offering a safe and welcoming environment with a dedicated playroom and carefully considered safety features.
The villa is fully equipped with premium amenities, including a recreation room, heated swimming pool, gym, BBQ facilities, and modern kitchens. A small private gate leads directly to the bay of Kalo Livadi via a built path, just a 1–3 minute walk away.
Blue Coral accommodates up to 10 guests, plus one staff member, across five double bedrooms and an additional staff room, making it an ideal year-round retreat for relaxation and endless sea-view enjoyment.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
