Villa Kipos is a luxurious estate situated in Mykonos Town, renowned as one of the island's most opulent properties. Spanning over 4,000 square meters, this expansive villa offers three entrances and is perfectly positioned to provide stunning views of the Aegean Sea and Mykonos Town. With a spacious 700 square meters of living space and an additional 50 square meters dedicated to a gym, it serves as an ideal retreat for large families or groups of friends, accommodating up to 16 guests.
The villa is designed to enhance the Mediterranean experience, featuring a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by natural granite rocks, a pool bar, and multiple terraces and lounges for dining and relaxation. Guests can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and panoramic views of the old and new ports. The interiors are cozy and elegantly decorated, showcasing wooden furniture, chestnut ceilings, and exquisite California marble floors, all while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere.
Villa Kipos consists of four levels, including one main building, three one-bedroom maisonettes, and a pool house, along with a staff maisonette and three additional staff houses. It is equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. The villa also features geothermal systems for heating and cooling, ample parking, and a BBQ area, ensuring every detail is attended to for a memorable stay.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
