Alkyonia II is a luxurious seafront villa in Mykonos, sister to Alkyonia I, offering stunning, uninterrupted sea views that stretch to the horizon. Located between the famous Paradise and Paraga beaches, guests can easily walk to Paraga Beach, just 400 meters from the property.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, featuring eight double bedrooms split across two buildings. Each building has four bedrooms at the pool level with direct access to the pool terrace. The upper floors of both buildings include spacious indoor and outdoor lounge areas, as well as a large dining area with incredible sea views.
The villa’s minimalist exterior blends effortlessly with the surrounding landscape, combining traditional Mykonian architecture with modern design elements. Guests can unwind in the expansive infinity pool or the relaxing plunge pool, while enjoying the breathtaking views. With multiple lounging areas throughout, Alkyonia II is the perfect setting for hosting family and friends, creating unforgettable memories.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
