Waterfalling Estate is a one-of-a-kind oceanfront retreat on the Big Island, perched atop the dramatic cliffs of the breathtaking Hamakua Coast. This exclusive haven features a private 85-foot waterfall, an Olympic-sized swimming pool with a two-story waterslide, a spa, a fully-equipped custom gym, a personal nine-tee golf course, a rooftop helicopter pad, and resort-level sports facilities, including a tennis, pickleball, and basketball court with stadium seating.

The estate offers five primary suites, each with stunning ocean views and en suite bathrooms, as well as a bunk room featuring four beds and ocean vistas. 
The two upper-level primary suites each include a California king bed, seating area, 60” smart TV, and two separate bathrooms—one with a soaking Jacuzzi tub, toilet, and sink, and the other with a shower, toilet, and sink. One suite also features an additional queen bed.
The third upper-level bedroom has a California king bed and an en suite bathroom. All upper primary suites have private patios. The lower-level primary suites each feature California king beds, en suite full bathrooms, and direct access to the covered lanai and pool deck. The upper-level bunk room, located near the primary suites, offers two full beds and two twin beds, perfect for families or groups traveling together.

A dedicated local caretaker is available to provide concierge services and curate unforgettable off-property excursions. Adding to the luxury, the estate employs one of the island's finest gourmet chefs.

This expansive three-story home balances privacy with ample gathering spaces. Relax on the pool deck, in the open-concept kitchen and great room, at one of three bar areas, or in the two BBQ grilling zones. Multiple plush seating areas across all levels allow guests to spread out for relaxation or group activities. The soothing sounds of the private waterfall and panoramic 180° ocean views create a tranquil escape. Wraparound lanais on multiple levels offer spaces to dine, sunbathe, and unwind while soaking in infinite sky and ocean vistas.
