Hidden away on a cliff in the Bukit area of southern Bali is a beautiful paradise comprised of four luxury villas. Pandawa Cliff Estate rests on a cliff high above the golden, sun-kissed beaches and ocean surrounding the island.
Villa Rose combines with Villa Markisa, Villa Marie, and the Pala to create an exquisite estate that is excellent for vacationing, planning a reunion, wedding, or other special event. The entire estate sleeps up to 42 adults, but Villa Rose accommodates eight people in four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds, and two of them feature two twins.
Villa Rose is a private, two-story facility. The grand dining room features glass doors that slide away to allow access to the infinity pool and the well-maintained gardens. The lounge is on the upper floor, and it opens all around to gorgeous ocean views.
The gardens are superbly landscaped and help to provide privacy for each individual villa. Along with the beautiful gardens, you’ll find a large network of decks that provide an enjoyable outdoor space. Another amenity the villas share is a sports complex that features tennis courts, a spa, a gym, and a squash court.
The staff is on hand to make your stay as luxuriously effortless as possible. The private chef reigns in the kitchen, where the kitchen staff assists him with preparing restaurant-quality meals daily. In addition to the kitchen staff, you will find pool attendants, gardeners, drivers, and housekeepers to maintain the home, grounds, and the seven-seater cars. A security staff guards the entire place and keeps it safe.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with a Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide to local ordinances.
