This two-story home is paired with two open-sided living and dining pavilions that give a view of the gorgeous pool as well as the rice terraces beyond the lawn. The home’s designer and architect, Dean Kempnich and Ross Franklin, perfectly balanced open-air living with air-conditioned bedrooms. They didn’t forget entertaining space or quiet, relaxing nooks, either!
Villa Asante is perfect for families, too. There are ping-pong and gaming consoles for the kids, as well as movies and instruments to relax with after spending the day at the beach. Close by are other sporting activities at the Finns Recreation Club, and there’s plenty to explore in Seminyak’s shops or at the nearby Elephant Safari Park. For a nominal rate, you can even rent a car and driver for up to eight hours a day.
This home comes complete with a full staff to make your vacation as perfect as can be. There’s a trained chef, a butler, and round-the-clock security, so not only do you not have to lift a finger, you don’t have to worry about a thing! There are even massage therapists and babysitters available on short notice. Many of these professionals have been working at Villa Asante since it opened, so they know everything there is to know about the estate.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Maximum sitting capacity: 100 guests
Maximum standing capacity: 150 guests
The villa requires 2 nights minimum rentals during the Low Season, 3 nights during the High Seasons and 5 nights minimum rentals of the villa over Peck Season at the regular rental rates.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
