The beautiful six-bedroom estate gives you the space to spread out when you need it and the ability to enjoy each other’s company when you want.
The bedrooms of this villa are set up to be private retreats. Each one is in its own pavilion spread around the lawn and features a large terrace for outdoor enjoyment. The dual masters are situated across from each other at either end of the pool. The other guest retreats are situated in pairs on each side of the lawn, and they all have a tub made for two in the semi-garden bathrooms.
Lounge by the exquisite 21-meter pool in single or double loungers that are strategically placed on the lawn and the sun deck. Additionally, you can be as active as you want by taking advantage of the sports hub set amid the rice fields. There you’ll find an air-conditioned gym, a tennis court, a trampoline, a mini football pitch, and a basketball hoop.
Inside the villa, you’ll find plenty of entertainment as well. The air-conditioned media room features a 60-inch television and a digital movie library to provide hours of entertainment. If you prefer a relaxing massage to viewing movies, you should investigate the Japanese tatami style massage area. Encircling the massage area is a koi pond which adds to the relaxing ambiance.
Contemporary furnishings adorn the home throughout, resting luxuriantly beneath the vaulted ironwood roof. The Beji is situated in a glorious tropical setting and features the amenities you need to claim this as your island home away from home.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 25% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation made between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation made within 30 days, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
