Seseh Beach Villa overlooks the sea in the traditional Balinese village of Seseh. The designers created a complex that is beautifully symmetrical. Two open-sided pavilions flank the 17-meter swimming pool. One pavilion is used for dining, and the other is a lounge area.
The main building features living and dining rooms as well as five bedrooms. There is a rooftop terrace nestled on the thatched roof. The dining room features a bar. All of the bedrooms, as well as the living and dining areas, are air-conditioned.
Each of the five bedrooms has a king-sized bed inside. Three rooms feature beds that can be converted into twins to accommodate children or friends who prefer to sleep alone. Satellite televisions and DVD players provide entertainment in the rooms.
Have you ever bathed in a bathtub that is open to the night sky? Each ensuite bathroom in this beautiful villa features a private courtyard housing a bathtub. You will also find a powerful rain shower in each of these bathrooms if you prefer a shower to a soak.
If you’ve ever dreamed of exploring a traditional island village, this is your chance. Seseh is a traditional rural village, and the community welcomes visitors. Walks along the beach, bike rides down country roads, and local temple ceremonies are all interesting sights to behold as you enjoy the country atmosphere.
If you want to venture outside the village, the villa driver can drive you in the car. However, the driver must return to the villa within eight hours. The good news is the driver can carry you out in the car each day for eight hours.
Enjoy the peacefulness of a seaside village while being within short driving distance of nightlife, restaurants, and shops. So, if the hustle and bustle of a local town seem too busy, relax poolside with your favorite cocktail and rely on the staff to take care of your needs.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Minimum stay: The villa requires 3 nights during low, and shoulder season, 3 nights during high season or 5 nights during peak season
Event fee: USD 2,000
Banjar fee (subject to change): Rp 6,000,000. Applicable to second event (subject to change)
Power Generator: 80 KVA available at the villa with extra charge of US$ 200++
Music curfew: 11pm for live bands and DJ 12 midnight for amplified music
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
