For centuries, discerning travelers from around the world have been drawn to this area, and their enthusiasm shows no signs of waning. The iconic landscapes, pristine waters, and welcoming towns combine with the warm hospitality of the locals, creating an unforgettable experience for all who visit. Nestled amidst a lush lemon orchard near the town of Maiori, Zelaide has undergone a meticulous renovation to cater to the needs of the modern and sophisticated traveler. This four-level villa offers the utmost privacy, breathtaking views, a private infinity pool, and all the modern amenities required for a comfortable summer getaway. Truly, life is beautiful, especially in this idyllic setting.

Inside the villa, the interior decor and furnishings adhere to a traditional style that harmoniously blends with the original architectural elements such as cotto floors, vaulted ceilings, and antique wooden doors. The result is a cohesive, fresh, and modern ambiance that seamlessly combines the old and the new.

On the main level, the bright and spacious living room features a fireplace and a television, with two glass doors opening onto the garden and patio area. A full bathroom is also conveniently available on this level.

Moving to the lower level, you will find a separate air-conditioned dining room with a fireplace and a mezzanine, conveniently adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts a breakfast area and a pizza oven, while the dining room overlooks a furnished pergola, providing the perfect spot for alfresco meals. A guest bathroom completes this floor.

The villa boasts an expansive manicured garden, two panoramic terraces that invite outdoor relaxation, and a vegetable garden. Various areas have been designated for dining, whether it be a barbecue gathering, lounging on sunbeds under the warm sun, or engaging in conversations beneath the twinkling stars.

A furnished solarium features an infinity-edge swimming pool with a whirlpool corner (measuring 8m x 4m), perfect for leisurely dips. Upon request and for an additional fee, the pool can be heated. An outdoor shower is also available for your convenience.

To access the villa, you will need to climb 55 steps from the main road, followed by a private path that spans 200 meters. However, to make your journey more convenient, a golf car is available for guests to use. Additionally, right outside the front gate, you will find a bus stop that provides easy access to all the towns along the coast via public transportation (although it may not be recommended during the peak season). If you're looking to enjoy the beach, Maiori is just a short 5-minute drive away. From there, you can also catch public ferries to visit Amalfi, Positano, and Capri, adding even more possibilities to your coastal exploration.
