Its idyllic setting encompasses over 3000 square feet of lush and furnished gardens, creating a haven of natural beauty. The privileged location of this residence allows for easy strolls to the nearby beach, restaurants, and the historical center of the town, ensuring that every desired convenience is within reach.
The Weekly Rates include: Electricity, water, gas, A/C, heating and final cleaning; Daily continental breakfast, from 8:00am to 11:00am; Housekeeping service 4 hrs/day, Monday to Friday; Daily change of towels; Mid-week bed linen change; Wi-Fi Internet access (available indoors and outdoors); Full gardening and whirlpool cleaning service.
Not included in rent : Extra housekeeping service: €15 per hour; Personal laundry service: €15 per hour; Cook service – No third-party suppliers allowed: the services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff; Cost of food and beverage.
Note: Villa is easily reachable from the street, without stairs. It is within walking distance to everything, you do not need a car to go into town.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
