Villa Tricase is located in Depressa, a hamlet of Tricase, in the lower Salento area. Surrounded by a private fenced garden with lush vegetation, lounge areas, and panoramic balconies, the property features two beautiful pools open all year round: a smaller heated pool (5 x 3 m, depth 1.30 m) and a larger pool with a diving board (12 x 5 m, depth 1.50 m). Both pools are equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and an external shower.
The outdoor area also includes a large covered patio furnished with a sofa, dining table, and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals. Guests also have access to private parking with 2 covered and 2 uncovered spaces.
The property consists of the main villa (spread over three floors) and a separate external suite. The entire estate can accommodate up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms have air conditioning, TVs, wardrobes, and mosquito nets. Two baby cots, two high chairs, one single sofa bed, and one double sofa bed are available on request. Pets are not allowed.
The villa’s interiors are bright, elegant, and tastefully furnished in a modern style that complements the natural surroundings.
In the basement, guests can enjoy a large gym with exercise equipment and a billiards table.
On the ground floor, facing the main pool, there is a covered outdoor kitchen enclosed with fully opening windows, seamlessly connecting to the garden. It is equipped with a sofa, TV, refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, utensils, coffee machine, electric kettle, and a bathroom with a shower.
The first floor includes several living spaces, each with access to outdoor terraces overlooking the garden and pool, including lounges with sofas, fireplaces, and dining areas. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, additional bathrooms, and access to the outdoor terraces with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
The external suite, located within the garden and separate from the villa, offers a private space complete with a sitting area and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€); daily cleaning service on request (25.00€/hour); shuttle service on request (150.00€); laundry and ironing service on request (25.00€/hour); change of sheets and towels on request (75.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival). For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
