Villa Rosa, located in Cannigione, Sardinia, is a recently built property situated just a stone's throw away from the sandy beach and the sparkling sea. This brand new villa offers stunning sea views and provides ample outdoor spaces for relaxation and enjoyment.
The villa features a refreshing outdoor jacuzzi, making it the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings. It boasts four spacious double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for guests. Additionally, there is a bunk bedroom with a bathroom available.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning and offers Wi-Fi access, allowing guests to stay connected during their stay. For convenience, there is parking space available for up to three vehicles. A BBQ area is provided for outdoor cooking and dining, and an outdoor shower is available for a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach.
The layout of the villa consists of three bedrooms on the ground floor, while the other two bedrooms on the lower floor can be accessed via external steps. The property is gated and forms part of a new villa complex, conveniently located within walking distance to the sea.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
