Villa Amugea is a stunning property, fully renovated in 2023, located in Santa Maria del Focallo, just steps from the sea.
The villa’s entrance opens onto a corridor that leads to the living area on the right and the sleeping quarters on the left.
The living area features a compact yet elegant and fully equipped kitchen-living space, complete with a small wine cellar. A peninsula houses the hob and doubles perfectly as a bar corner, creating a stylish and functional space for gatherings.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: one double, one with two single beds, and one single bedroom, along with two bathrooms equipped with showers.
From the kitchen, you can step out onto the veranda, furnished with a dining table, oven, and barbecue—ideal for enjoying meals outdoors and social moments with family or friends.
The highlight of the villa is the rear outdoor area, featuring a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs and armchairs—a perfect retreat to relax and unwind in complete privacy. An external bathroom serves the pool area for added convenience.
Every detail of Villa Amugea has been thoughtfully curated, from the harmonious color schemes to the furniture and accessories. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, including the bathrooms.
Finally, outdoor parking is available right in front of the villa, making access easy and convenient.
Notes: - The pool is open from April 1st to October 31st. Please note that pool use during the low season is available for an additional fee.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
