The villa is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, an open-plan space combines a fully equipped kitchen and living area, along with a double bedroom and a bathroom. Large windows open onto a veranda adjacent to the house, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living spaces.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where a second double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a single bedroom with a double French bed and an en-suite bathroom are located, providing flexible accommodation for families or two couples.
Outside, a driveway leads to the panoramic heart of the property, featuring a cozy sofa corner, a magnificent outdoor kitchen overlooking the pool and the countryside, and a spectacular 17-meter swimming pool—perfect for relaxing while enjoying the views.
Corten House is ideal for a family or two couples. The historic center of Modica is just a 5-minute drive away, while other local attractions and the main beaches can be reached within 20 minutes.

Cancellation made between 60 and 35 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 35 days prior to arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
