The villa is composed of a main house and two annexes, offering ample space for guests. The main house includes a spacious living area with a large sitting room, TV, dining area, kitchen, and a bathroom on the pool level. Upstairs, the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, a smaller bedroom, and an additional bathroom await. On the ground floor, which is accessed from outside, there is an independent living area with a dining room, kitchen, double bedroom, and bathroom. The two annexes each feature a double bedroom with a king-size bed, minibar, en-suite bathroom, and a private patio.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, a safe, two dishwashers, a washer-dryer, and an outdoor kitchen. Guests can enjoy the exclusive, heated saltwater pool (chlorine-free) and relax on the surrounding solarium or in the lovely garden. The property is just a few hundred meters from the dramatic cliffs and the crystal-clear waters of the Plemmirio marine area. Within a short drive, visitors can explore the captivating historic center of Ortigia, the baroque towns of the Noto Valley, and natural reserves such as Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari. The nearby cities of Catania, Mount Etna, and Taormina are also within easy reach, offering even more opportunities for exploration.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
