Petite Afrique is a beautiful and comfortable villa with a private swimming pool, located in south-eastern Sicily, near Noto.
Set in a splendid panoramic position, this exclusive residence overlooks the surrounding landscape, offering enchanting views of the countryside and the sea. The villa is surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden and features a lovely swimming pool with sun terrace, as well as several outdoor areas, partly shaded, ideal for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The welcoming and tastefully furnished interiors are laid out on a single level and include a spacious living area with a lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. The villa offers one double bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed) with an en-suite shower room and a private patio.
Adjacent to the living area, but with independent external access, are two additional bedrooms: one double bedroom (160 x 190 cm bed) and one double/twin bedroom (beds 160/80 x 190 cm), both with en-suite shower rooms and private patios.
The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV, Hi-Fi system, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, American coffee machine, ice maker, outdoor shower, and private parking.
Petite Afrique is also an excellent base for exploring the nearby historic center of Noto and the most beautiful beaches of south-eastern Sicily. Nearby destinations include Siracusa, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, and the Vendicari Nature Reserve.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
