Villa Zingaro is a charming and elegant retreat, ideal for large groups, families, or corporate gatherings. Designed in refined farmhouse style, the villa features striking stone arches, rustic stone walls, terracotta-tiled floors, and exposed wooden beams that create a warm and authentic Sicilian atmosphere.
The bright and spacious living area seamlessly combines a dining space, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerated wine cellar, and a comfortable lounge. A wide corridor leads to the sleeping quarters, which include six light-filled queen bedrooms offering beautiful views of the sea and gardens. These rooms feature traditional handmade tile floors, some with satellite TV, and are served by four bathrooms with showers. A seventh queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located in a separate annex, accessible from the outside, ensuring privacy and comfort.
Set within the stunning Zingaro Nature Reserve, the villa boasts breathtaking views of turquoise waters and unspoiled coastline. The main lounge opens onto a magnificent covered terrace, perfect for sunset cocktails or relaxing on cushioned seating. Outdoor spaces are designed for both leisure and entertaining, featuring sun loungers, a dining area, barbecue, yoga space, and shaded areas beneath a majestic carob tree, complete with a hammock.
The beautifully landscaped grounds include a spectacular swimming pool and a Jacuzzi nestled among olive trees, creating an idyllic setting for relaxation. The pool is illuminated at night, offering the magical experience of swimming under the stars.
Villa Zingaro’s location allows guests to fully immerse themselves in nature while remaining close to local attractions. The picturesque village of Scopello is within walking distance and offers traditional shops and local charm. Just a short drive away is the historic Tonnara di Scopello, a former tuna fishery and famous film location. In the evenings, the lively town of Castellammare del Golfo comes alive with excellent restaurants, bars, and live music.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
