Fantastic villa with dependence, infinity pool, and garden in Fonterutoli in the Chianti countryside, just half an hour from Siena. It can sleep up to 16 people, with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
Villa Tregole is located in the beautiful Chianti countryside, in the village of Fonterutoli, near Castellina in Chianti. Surrounded by a large fenced garden with lawn, flowers, and trees, the property boasts a cozy open glass veranda furnished with a dining table for 16 people and a lounge area with armchairs and sofas — perfect for relaxing while sipping a good glass of wine. At an upper level of the garden, a beautiful infinity pool (13 × 7 m, with depths ranging from 1 to 2.40 m) is located, open from March to October. The pool is equipped with sun loungers, a hydromassage area, and an external shower. From the pool, you can admire a splendid panorama of the surrounding Tuscan landscape. Among the external facilities, you will also find a barbecue, a wood-burning pizza oven, private parking for 3 cars, and a ping pong table — ideal for the entertainment of adults and children. Lastly, at guests’ disposal are some e-bikes (at an extra cost) and a charging station for electric cars.
Villa Tregole is made up of the main building and a dependency, and can accommodate up to 16 people in total. The main building is divided into 3 comfortable independent apartments that are not internally connected. Internet WiFi is included. The living area and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. All windows are provided with mosquito nets. Two baby cots and two high chairs are available. Pets are allowed at an extra cost.
The main building is spread over two floors, and on the ground floor, you’ll find two fully equipped kitchens, two living areas with a sofa, fireplace, TV, and dining table, and a mezzanine with a single bed. On the upper floor, there is another equipped kitchen and a sitting room. The dependence can accommodate up to two people on one level and consists of an equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Please note that the Turnover day from May 16 to September 19, 2026, is Saturday
