Villa Volpaia is set amidst the rolling hills of Chianti, just a short distance from Barberino Val d’Elsa, within a 20-acre estate featuring a lavender field and olive grove. The property boasts inviting outdoor spaces, including a lounge area with sofas and armchairs, and a dining area with a gazebo, barbecue, and large table for 12 guests — perfect for alfresco meals surrounded by nature.
The highlight of the garden is a beautiful infinity pool in Tuscan travertine (10 x 5.6 m, depth 1.60 m), open from April to November. It is equipped with sun loungers and parasols, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards and the Apennine mountains. Guests also have access to private parking for 4–5 cars and a bowling green, ideal for outdoor fun and relaxation.
Originally built in 1521, Villa Volpaia is a fully restored Tuscan farmhouse spread over two floors, where traditional charm meets modern comfort. The interiors feature arched stone walls, terracotta floors, and wooden-beamed ceilings, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. The villa includes Wi-Fi Internet, and all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers and mosquito screens. Five bedrooms are equipped with remote-controlled ceiling fans. Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request, and pets are welcome upon request.
On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a bright dining room with a large table, a spacious living area with sofas, armchairs, a fireplace, and a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (shared with the villa owner) completes this level.

For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
