The Villa, which underwent renovations in 2019, is situated in Montecatini Val di Cecina (Pisa), nestled in the picturesque Tuscan countryside between Volterra and Lajatico, the birthplace of Maestro Andrea Bocelli. This charming property is nestled within an expansive estate spanning over twenty hectares, featuring vineyards, olive groves, and lush forests.
The villa can comfortably accommodate ten to twelve guests and is divided into two apartments. The ground-floor apartment, spanning two hundred square meters, boasts three spacious bedrooms with double beds, three bathrooms (including one with a hydro-shower), a laundry room, a study, a generous living room with a fireplace, a dining table for ten that can transform into a splendid billiard table, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cellar, espresso and American coffee machines, ice machine, and more.
On the first floor, you'll find two delightful junior suites, each with its own double bedroom (approximately fifty square meters each). One of these suites features a small kitchenette, a dining table for four, a fridge, espresso and American coffee machines, a toaster, and an orange juicer. Both suites offer a cozy fireplace, a private bathroom, and an outdoor terrace with breathtaking panoramic views. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.
Outside, the villa boasts a magnificent 12-meter by 6-meter swimming pool, as well as a barbecue area adjacent to a pergola with a dining table for ten, perfect for al fresco breakfasts or dinners. Additionally, there is a vegetable garden, and atop the winery, you'll find two fantastic sofas where you can relax and take in the awe-inspiring landscape.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
