The name “Caminata” comes from the Italian word for “chimney,” a nod to the villa’s many chimneys. One of its most striking features is the lush garden, home to more than 3,000 plants that bloom at different times of the year, creating a spectacular display of colors that change with the seasons.
Caminata can host up to 12 guests between the main villa and the elegant garden cottage. The private luxury pool (7 m x 15 m, 1.5 m deep, with built-in steps) is finished in rich mosaic tile, with heating available upon request and a thermal cover provided. Sunbeds, chairs, and a pergola surround the pool, providing a comfortable spot for relaxation.
The cottage features a beautiful panoramic pergola with a dining table for 12, while a charming wooden table outside the kitchen—perfect for breakfast—seats eight. Additional outdoor spaces include armchairs and a sofa under a pergola in front of the main villa’s living room, along with a romantic cocktail table and two armchairs placed outside the cottage.
The property is completed by a private, fenced, and meticulously landscaped garden. Air conditioning is available throughout both the villa and the cottage.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
