The villa is surrounded by a large, fully fenced garden. A spacious veranda with a dining table and a well-equipped barbecue area provides the perfect setting for outdoor meals. In front of the house lies the magnificent panoramic infinity pool, complete with hydromassage jets, sun loungers, and stunning views across the lake and surrounding hills. The property also offers a rooftop terrace furnished for relaxation.
Accommodating up to six guests, Villa Paradise is arranged on a single ground-floor level and features generous spaces with a modern, elegant style. The open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge with sofas, a fireplace, a TV, and a large peninsula kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking. The peninsula also features a small, safe brazier for toasting food. Expansive glass walls fill the villa with natural light and connect the interiors with the pool, lake, and hillside landscape.
The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower; one room also includes a bathtub. All bedrooms have direct access to the pool. A fourth bathroom, accessible from both the living room and the pool, completes the interior.
