Villa San Savino is a four-bedroom 14th-century property named after Saint Sabinus, Bishop of Spoleto, to whom the Estate’s small church was once dedicated. Historically, one of Murlo’s most important churches, it served as the Sunday gathering place for local farmers until the late 1970s. As one of the oldest buildings on the Estate, its terracotta floors, original kitchen, and impressive stone walls preserve the character and history of this former social hub.
Nestled within an elegant, spacious garden, Villa San Savino features a stunning wooden-decked terrace offering a peaceful haven with uninterrupted views across the Estate. The villa includes a luxury private pool (11 m x 5 m) with heating available on request and a thermal cover, as well as an always-heated outdoor hot tub beside the pool. Sunbeds, chairs, and parasols surround the pool area for relaxing in comfort. A terracotta-tiled terrace outside the living room provides sofas and a dining table, while a breakfast table with a parasol sits in the garden near the kitchen. A superb panoramic terrace, furnished with sofas and chairs, enhances the outdoor living experience. The private fenced garden is beautifully landscaped, and air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
