For most, the pool terrace is an irresistible gem thanks to its views and its many areas to relax in style. There is an infinity edge pool that leads your gaze out to the scenery, and just above is a Jacuzzi with waterfall feature. Nearby is a built-in banquette sofa with firepit for any chilly nights. The covered gazebo area of the terrace features a sunken lounge with barbecue and dining spot.
The next level up is where the main living level is found, and here too you can savor many hours on the expansive balcony furnished as an outdoor living space, or just pop inside. The great room features a sunken living room with arched ceiling, and a few steps up takes you to the dining room and the gourmet kitchen. Equipped with the latest in stainless appliances and every possible bit of essential gear, it makes meal, beverage and snack preparation a snap. This villa also has a home cinema and a private bar area along with a few other outdoor terrace and lounges to enjoy.
The bedrooms include a master suite with private terrace and bath. This room features a king bed and has a Jacuzzi, as well. The other suites are also king sized with terraces and private baths with Jacuzzis, and all feature entertainment systems.

- Cancellation Policy: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the property is re-rent for the same rate and period of time, subject to a 15% cancellation fee. You may reschedule 25 days or more prior to your arrival date, with the same property and number of nights, for travel within one year of the original check-out date, subject to a $250 rescheduling fee. Rescheduled reservations are subject to availability and any applicable price increase for dates of stay. One (1) rescheduling per reservation is permitted. Note: Holiday and Limited Offer reservations may not be rescheduled.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
