A five-bedroom villa in the private and upscale Playacar community, it is literally steps from the white sands and the Caribbean Sea, and only a few minutes on foot to the appealing shops and restaurants of the downtown district. The three story villa is a perfect companion to the local, and includes a well-manicured garden, a lovely and private swimming pool with a surrounding terrace and lounge areas, and an outdoor shower. The outdoor living spaces do not end here because this villa also has its own rooftop terrace and lounge. There is a barbecue for outdoor dining, and a gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar opens into the modern great room where a very contemporary dining area and a sleek living room can allow you to share early morning conversation or late night cocktails.
The five bedrooms are all equally luxurious to the rest of the villa. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and includes pool views and access. There are two other bedrooms at this level, and all of the bedrooms are ensuite. The second and third floor each have a single, king suite with ensuite bath and views as well.
The Villa Casa Nikki may be an ideal destination on its own, or serve as the perfect base for a visit to what is unarguably one of the finest destinations in Mexico.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
