Hacienda Magica is a luxurious villa in Mexico’s highly desirable Riviera Maya. It is located directly on Fatima Bay beach in Puerto Aventuras. It boasts 14 sumptuous suites, making it ideal for large family reunions, special events such as weddings, or intimate corporate retreats. The attentive and professional staff make guests feel as though they’re at a five-star hotel.
Experience everything the outdoors have to offer in Riviera Maya: In addition to beachfront access and stunning ocean views of the crystal clear Caribbean waters, Hacienda Magica also has a swimming pool, a full-size tennis court, a fully equipped gym with ocean views, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and an ocean-side putting green.
To facilitate togetherness and collaboration, this old-world style hacienda has an alfresco dining space that can accommodate up to 24 guests. The oceanfront courtyard and its peaceful fountain are beautifully lit at night with lanterns. All of the communal space has plenty of comfortable seating, and the open floor plan encourages a sense of community.
Of course, this villa is also equipped with a gourmet kitchen, an oceanfront living room with a hand-painted ceiling, and an indoor dining area with a fully-stocked bar. Enjoy music on the indoor/outdoor stereo and movies or television on the state-of-the-art television and surround sound system.
Hacienda Magica is designed to draw visitors to the sea. Its open and airy floor plan offers ocean views from the moment you step in the front door. Its unique and beautiful decor evokes old Mexico: the charm that draws visitors and delights residents.
Of the 14 suites, two are located beach side in the north wing, two in the south wing, six on the second floor, and two in the casita. The villa comfortably sleeps 28 guests, adults and children. Each villa is luxuriously appointed with fine linens, opulent bathrooms, and all of the amenities of a five-star hotel.
Holiday Season, Christmas and New Year rate includes VIP all-inclusive (food, beverages, soft drinks and liquors), one round trip transportation from/to airport for a group of guests arriving/leaving at the same time. Gourmet food not included (as foie gras, caviar, etc).
For weddings and special events, Hacienda Magica and can be rented with Hacienda Del Mar and Hacienda Corazon for up to 39 bedrooms.
Please note, as the property includes chef services, access to the kitchen is restricted to the chef and grocery for the meals is bought by the chef. Grocery for meals that are not included in the rate and/or snacks will be bought by the guests

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
