Managed by the esteemed Hotel Esencia, this 4-bedroom villa accommodates up to 10 guests across three levels, while the beachfront cabana can host up to 4 individuals.
The villa is ingeniously designed around a central colonial-style patio. On the ground floor, two suites boast king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and private terraces with garden views. A fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and an outdoor dining area on the terrace complete the lower level. Ascending to the second floor reveals the Master suite, featuring a king-size bed and a spacious terrace.
The pool, nestled amidst lush greenery, includes a pool palapa and an outdoor grill—an idyllic setting for a barbecue or al fresco dining. The beachfront cabana, accommodating up to 4 people on king-size and sofa beds, offers expansive indoor and outdoor seating areas. Additionally, it boasts a private beach palapa with a lunch table, hammocks, and sun day beds. Villa Yum-Ha boasts a sizable swimming pool and is complemented by the services of a private butler and housekeeping staff.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
