The four-bedroom, three-bathroom Riverside Retreat 7 at Taos East is a light-filled condo located on a rustic lot near the Taos Ski Valley. It has 360-degree views with the sound of the gentle Hondo River flowing just outside. Guests can enjoy skiing in the winter months and exploring nature trails and fly-fishing in the warmer months.
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and features a king-size four-poster bed, fireplace, and en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are on the upper floor, one with double bunk beds and the other with a queen-size day bed. These two rooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms have plush mattresses and high thread-count bedding to ensure a good night’s sleep.
The living room is charming with a cottage vibe. It has numerous comfortable chairs surrounding a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. It’s the perfect space for a cozy night with a cup of hot cocoa in hand.
Next to the living room, guests will find the dining area which is connected to the kitchen. The dining table has room for up to eight people. A large sliding glass door fills the space with natural light.
The kitchen has beautiful navy-blue cabinets and a french-farmhouse inspired double sink. It’s also fully equipped and has everything needed to prepare homecooked meals. There is an additional studio kitchen located on the upper floor with a microwave, a small refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee machine.
There’s a small covered porch/deck area just outside the condo. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.
Other amenities include a washing machine and dryer, front-door parking, and easy access to world-class skiing at Taos.
Guests can explore the fine art meccas of Arroyo Seco, Taos, and Santa Fe, which are all within driving distance. Prepare to make memories to last a lifetime!

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
