Spanning 24,000 square metres, the villa itself covers 841 square metres and features a 115.93-square-metre pool, all set 150 metres above sea level within a secure walled garden. The estate’s location allows for uninterrupted views of the sea and the neighboring island of Formentera. The vibrant Ibiza Town, known for its nightlife and marina, is located to the southwest, while a nearby beach and the exclusive Can Rimbau area offer additional leisure options.
The villa is accessed through grand automated security gates, leading to a beautifully lit driveway that brings you to the villa’s impressive entrance. The architectural design, with its gleaming white stone and expansive glass panels, provides breathtaking sea views best enjoyed from the plush Minotti sofa in the main living room. The interior is bathed in Mediterranean light, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.
The living area is designed with both comfort and style in mind, featuring ample seating. On the ground floor, one of the en-suite bedrooms is conveniently located. The adjacent dining area seats 14 and is next to a top-of-the-line Zeyko kitchen, which includes two ovens, a steamer, a Japanese teppanyaki grill, a microwave, an ice-cube maker, and a Siemens walk-in fridge.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
